Exceptionally clean and a beautiful tranquil location
Broadband or some sort of internet would have been great as no phone signal - I understand it’s nice to have a break from the internet but for planning walks and other trips lacking internet made it difficult. Also no kindling, fire starters or an axe to chop firewood smaller so we could use the log burner. One of the reasons I booked Rose Cottage was for the log burner.

Location. Lovely views, nicely isolated. Cost cottage and ample facilities (kitchen, fire etc)
The more prudish guest would probably appreciate bathroom window privacy given it overlooks a footpath
