Bathroom was not upto standard. Drainage of wash basin was not free flowing. There was water leakage from the health faucet and bathroom door handle was defective. Staff took no action despite reporting of defects.

They made arrangement for our driver to sleep. Grateful for that
Bathrooms could be cleaner, sheets too. More hooks in the bathroom would help. Using a perfumed detergent for towels, additional pillows, we did not get briefed on breakfast checkout etc. So the front desk need a massive upgrade.

The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it very easy to explore the area.
The property itself is very old and poorly maintained. The furniture in the room was broken and overall upkeep needs significant improvement. The stay was not as comfortable as expected.
