I would like to staying again if i’m going to holiday in gold coast. Marlene is really really nice and the place is absolutely amazing. The location is not to far from the city and another place. I would recommend this to other people😘

The Granny Flat is very nice and great location. Only thing for me missing was no washing machine and dryer be great. Marlene is just a delightful owner of the main house attached .

I loved my 4-night stay. The accommodation is entirely self-sufficient (shower, fridge, oven, microwave, electric pan, toaster, kettle), with a separate entrance. The cleanliness was at the level of a 5-star hotel, pristine white fluffy towels, crisp white linen, spotless shower and kitchen. There was an aircon and a heater to keep me comfy (mid-winter), extra blankets. A huge bed (king?), a spacious wardrobe, dining table, comfy sofa, outdoor sitting overlooking a lovely garden. Marlene the hostess was absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. The brekky supplies she provided were more than generous. I honestly could not wish for a better accommodation. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Lovely, roomy, economically priced self contained guest unit. Very comfortable bed and clean amenities. Our host Marlene provided very generous choices of breakfast items that was very appreciated. We very much enjoyed our 3 day stay and would recommend to others. Thank you Marlene.

Great one bedroom guest house with comfortable bed and kitchen. Smallish bathroom which could improve with a good working shower. Great outdoor area to sit out when it is not raining.

Our recent overnight stays for two night was excellent Everything was beyond our expectation. Breakfast supplies was the best we ever had. Host was very helpful, we only seen her when we arrived and leaving. We recommend to any couple who want economical accommodation with comfortable bed. David & Eunice

I really enjoyed my stay at Marlene’s place. It was all of the finishing touches that made it so great, particularly the breakfast items. Everything is completely self contained. I also loved how Marlene checked in to see if everything was to my liking. My stay was short but sweet - thanks for all of the lovely chats Marlene :)

Absolutely loved our stay on this property Marlene was lovely and friendly, was not intrusive and left us to our privacy on our stay. Absolutely lovely property, very nice room, very comfy bed and pillows and relaxing stay. Breakfast and food condiments were appreciated and lovely. Would 100% stay here again :)

As advertised, a light, airy and very comfortable and clean bed sit. The host was generous with their hospitality and provided us with ample breakfast supplies. The location is quiet and suitable for couples with a car. Quite close to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Metricon stadium. We enjoyed our three day stay and are happy to recommend to others.

This place was perfect for us, & Marlene was the most obliging host, nothing was too much trouble for her, & the breakfast supplies were amazing with a great variety. There were 2 very small things that may improve the accommodation- a chest of drawers so you can unpack your case & a few more coat hangers, as we were staying for a week & had quite a few clothes. Other than this is was just PERFECT & Marlene was lovely.
