Location
Disappointed by check in experience. On arrival at 6pm told by young receptionist no room at restaurant at all. Only snacks. No flexible thinking. We had not made reservations as unsure of our arrival time. Situation was saved by excellent customer service from restaurant head, who we approached ourselves; he was so helpful & let us eat there & then in a slot before the later reservation on that table. Breakfast was excellent. Some issues with room sound proofing: heard couple arguing a few times and a low consistent mechanical hum from outside- (external extraction fan? ) Indoor pool was nice.
