Staff are lovely and friendly and always very helpful and accommodating. Room is comfortable and location is perfect.

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable room. The menu in the restaurant had tasty dishes and was great value for money.

The location of the shower head in the bath meant to was a little tricky to take a shower and keep water in the bath.

Convenient to the town , relaxed

Proper hotel with all rooms overlooking an established park with beautiful tall trees. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Nice private balcony. Short walk into the edge of the old town where the activities, restaurants and cafes are. The cleaning staff attended the room every day. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Supermarket adjacent to hotel. Ayamonte is trending to good food offerings, the best being reservation only, as well as many great cafes with interesting tapas and full lunch menus.

The WiFi in my room on the 3rd floor was intermittent, iPhone often was ok but my iPad never in 5 days reached a level where it could be used, thus preventing me from working. My first 2 days were on the 1st floor where both did work. Hot water in the shower was often not available in the mornings, but usually ok in the afternoons. The only chair in my room was a cheap and very uncomfortable one, which was a shame especially compared to the elegant, comfortable ones in the hallways. So, this didn't work for me during the long siestas. I could find no terrace bar for a drink, as advertised. The hotel, other than a vending machine with a few items, had no facilities other than its rooms and helpful receptionists. This is based on a week's stay. For those needing one night, these concerns may not apply.
