We loved everything about the resort. The service given was second to none and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The restaurants were all excellent, service and quality. The lounge live music in the evenings was just what was needed to end a lovely relaxed day.
Not a criticism but more of a suggestion - the evening entertainment for family’s / children could start a little bit earlier (approx 19:00) as this would benefit more families esp with toddler aged children

Plenty of staff. Nothing was a problem. Always someone to help. What’s app concierge was a great feature.
No outside bar at night or place to be near the beach in the eve if you had not booked the beach restaurant.
