Nice, modern and comfortable apartment. The owner gave us accommodation next to the pool, which is very convinient when you are with kids. The price is more than affordable. Very close to the beach, but calm. Room and the swimming pool were clean. Worth for the money.
There are not mosquitos at all, but maybe they should put mosquitos net. The first night cat got inside our apartament. Afterward we slept with closed windows, but were very stifling.

Placement inside of Chania. Not too many tourists
Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The internet didn’t work in our room, one of the lamps was broken, and although the hotel claimed the rooms were soundproof, we could clearly hear our neighbors as if they were in the same room. The guests upstairs were stomping and moving furniture early every morning, which made it hard to relax. The pool area was rarely available as all the sunbeds were reserved, even when nobody was using them. Housekeeping was inconsistent – several times they simply left a new towel without properly cleaning the room. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
