The view from the rooms, restaurant and pool are absolutely great. Parking was ample and very easy,The best thing was the staff. The waitress Sarah is an absolute gem! Efficient, friendly, attentive and very good at her job. She made the experience much more than it could have been. The manager was also very helpful with local recommendations on what to do, which gave us a really good surprise walk we didn't know existed. He also recommended some local wines that turned out to be very good and at a good price. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the town and the area. The food in the restaurant was good quality and tasty.
The new management (only took over a week earlier) are very good; are busy restoring many of the things that had been neglected previously, that let the property down. But they seem to be on the ball and busy restoring the issues. We look forward to coming back when everything has been sorted.

Oli ihan kylän keskustassa ja huoneessa parveke laaksoon. Uima-allas oli meidän käytössä, muita ei näkynyt. Ilmainen parkkipaikka hotellin edessä.
Jouduttiin odottamaan reseptioniin henkilökuntaa, eikä tiskillä ollut ohjeistusta puhelinsoittoon, jotta olisimme saaneet huoneen.

El hotel tiene muchas posibilidades. Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de la localidad, magníficas vistas, muy fácil encontrarlo al llegar, entorno paisajístico incomparable, pero decepciona mucho en otros aspectos.
La recepción tiene un horario restrictivo, pero lo malo no es eso, sino que dentro de ese horario nunca hay nadie para recibirte. Para hacer el CHECK-IN tuvimos que localizar a una camarera de la cafetería, que se portó muy bien y mostro gran disposición, pero que no conocía para nada la aplicación de gestión ni ningún otro detalle. Hizo lo que pudo y tuvo que recurrir a llamada telefónica a su "jefe" para orientarse. La habitación está bastante bien, aunque ligeramente envejecida, pero la ventana tenía la persiana rota y no podía accionarse. Además, la cisterna del WC descargaba agua muy escasa y muy lentamente, lo que producía un indeseable efecto y obligaba a múltiples y reiteradas descarga y limpiezas con agua de la ducha para no parecer un "guarro". En este sentido, un verdadero desastre.
