Superb

We got very detailed description about how to get the keys, as we arrived after the reception opening hours, we managed to find it. The location was great with beautiful view for the mountains. The apartment was great and big enough for 4 people. The weather was little bit cold but they provided us extra heating system.

The wifi was little bit weak, but the staff was really helpful and flexible and they solved the problem immediately.

Basic property but in a good location and reasonably priced.

The location and views were fantastic.

Property is perhaps showing its age a little. Room could have been cleaner. Communication with reception was confusing but ultimately resolved.

Terrible place, unable to stay here it was so bad. very disappointing

Honestly nothing. Left after one night of four.

Awkward to get to. Through a car park, 2 lifts and a staircase to reach room with all ski gear. Tiny, old, depressing, bad smell, unclean.

Very quite and clean. Reception very, very nice!

Free wifi was quite slow. Garage parking was full. Parking in the street is impossible (cars WILL be blocked). There is a nice parking 300m away.

Exceptional

Loved the location and view over the mountains. Easy check in and reception were helpful. Comfortably fit our family of four. Bonus was the washing machine. No problem for us but a few stairs to get to the rooms so please be mindful if you have any ailments. Easy 10 minute walk to the ski fields (got day ski passes from ski place). Would recommend and value for money.

Decent Apartment for a Mountain Getaway

Affordable price for an apartment suitable for a small family. The apartment had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. They respond quickly through Booking’s messaging feature.

The linens and mattresses in the apartment itself were obviously cheap and not very comfortable. For some of the sheets, it was questionable whether they had been properly changed before check-in. The water heater is small and can run out quickly. In general, the apartment could use a bit of renovation.

Nice stay

Beautiful settings, reasonably furnished apartment, helpful receptionist.

Necessity to pay for reasonable Internet speed. Parking for tourists is available in the hotel garage for €12 but only for small cars-very difficult to climb into and dangerous to damage the car. Impossible to park outside at night due to the local town rules.

did the job!

perfect if you’re into skiing and hiking. very quiet and nice. the beds were very comfy and the view was amazing

the only thing is that the coffee maker was broken, but they were quick about solving this issue. the wi-fi was kinda slow, but they have a “premium wifi” for 5 euros a day per person if you want to pay for that.

It might be 3.5/5 unless 2) and 3) in disadvantages

1) the man from staff helped us with radiators very fast 2) good view from the window 3) suit overall looks good

1) no kettle, no slippers, dust in corners, no blanket, only plaids, no free wife (there is one but the speed is almost zero), premium Wi-Fi costs around 5 euros/day 2) located very high in mountains, very difficult to get there without car 3) last night I woke up at 2.30 am because of very loud party next door, I asked them to be quieter, but they stopped only at 3 am. So I could fall asleep again only at 6 am and felt owfull entire day

The location is perfect, just a few mins from the lift, the view is something else, the room has a good size…

Wifi not included, too many stairs to climb after a snowy day or after a long day snowboarding might put you off, parking a little bit distant(on cold nights, can be quite discouraging).

Only view is good and close to slopes But if you dont have car , you will climb very high to the place location

No internet at all, rude staff, not clean. Asked additional bed linen becouse it was cold at night - did not give any Didint change towels Place is not worth the price value

Good value for money, but difficult to access for families with children

The apartment was well equipped and clean. beautiful views

Too many stairs to access to the apartment. difficult to bring the luggage up. The other apartments were occupied by groups of youngsters, so it was quite noisy at night. The way to the gondola is a good 20min on foot, not easy to do with snow and small children.

Perfect escape

This was a perfect location, stunning views and such a comfortable apartment with all we could need. The wifi was a little up and down but the staff were great with advising on hikes, places to go and booking reservations for us. It was the perfect stay and they went above and beyond.

The wifi was a little on the off side but that is the smallest issue, the staff helped with any guidance we needed.

Magical views

We enjoyed our stay so much. Location was perfect, right opposite to ski fields. The view from our apartment was magical. Lovely staff. Covered parking.

Our heating wasn't working for the first night but once we told them they put a oil heater in.
