Clean, lovely spa facilities, good rooms
Inflexible at check in. I was 20 mins early but made to wait. Couldn't fit a single person into the restaurant without a reservation - disappointing

Bed was super comfy and had nice sheets. Well appointed room (except no Tea/Coffee)
Breakfast was a bit hit and miss as to resupply. Staff good at clearing plates but they run out of hot food and it wasnt replaced for a while. Lack of Kettle/ Coffee machine in a 4 Star Hotel is a surprise and would have been welcome. Ony on street parking.

we added dinner into our package and meat was quite good, I must admit. and anew spa area. saunas a top,.
where to start… old style, 80x? outdated furniture and that smell.. no guest since 2010? service is also not a top one. I a restaurant the guys struggles to explain me a menu in english, ladder in a pool needs attention, etc. seems like nice people trying, but still not enough. will never go there again tbh. doesn’t worth those money.
