Location was excellent and breakfast good. Room comfortable.
The shower leaked in our room and flooded the bathroom floor. Despite telling the reception staff in the morning no one looked at it and in addition the room was not cleaned despite having to use the towels to wipe up the water. This was on the morning of day 2 of our stay.
In the evening I asked the reception staff if someone had looked at the shower and they said yes as it was no longer logged. But the shower still leaked and the room and bathroom was exactly as we had left it that morning. I complained again. I even suggested that the room should be taken out of service.
The reception staff suggested i turn down the pressure but we had already done that and directed the spray away from the door. Goodness knows what would have happened if we had used the overhead shower on full!!.

Perfect location, but in room 215 someone messed up. The shower door does not shut and it runs into the towel rack. Therefore when you shower, the bathroom floor gets soaking wet and for some reason, a bath mat isn’t supplied. It’s funny except when the clothes you leave on the floor get wet. Good breakfast, it’s just mayhem.

Location
Old hotel, low quality services (bar closed on Sunday), everything was old and with signs on extreme use in the room, cleaning services superficial. Low quality for the money.
