Price and quality ratio.
Family room was nice and tidy. Rooms are big and even with no ac they were in normal temperature.
Breakfast was bit poor, kids did not mutch to eat. Porridge ended before us. Parking was bit tricky, you need to find a spot in the street.

Wi-fi more or less ok, alcohol and water you can buy in reception. Electric cord extension was provided by reception, when asked. Location is ok. Reception was nicely and polite. Cili pizza restaurant very close to the spot with amazing breakfast menu and great lunch/dinner possibilities.
In general it is a hostel, with breakfasts.
But breakfasts are kind of poorly organized, although I would not say it was not enough food - just the place itself is uncomfortably organized and the table with foods could be managed more properly in terms of human logistics.
No facilities in the rooms (although we had a refrigerator).
No ventilation, summer time is hot. Not possible to sleep with open windows, because it is kind of too loud outside. Also there is no proper noise absorption in the rooms, therefore you could here all your neighbors.
Small amount of sockets - in era of mobile phones is a disadvantage.
Old furniture and if to keep windows during the day, it becomes "smelly" in the room, but survivable.
Price not worth it, in general (if speak about EU traveling). But in Riga you won`t find cheaper place.
So you either suffer here, or pay at least twice more for a proper hotel.
