Great location and excellent rooms, beautiful swimming pool. It was really peaceful and close to the beach, which is picturesque.
We stayed int the 107 room which hase huge problem with canalisation system, odeur was really awful. Stuff did try to fix it, but it needs more systematic solution obviously.
Reception could be more welcoming, only Emanuel was really kind and welcoming and really supportive, others seem to hate their job and to be there.

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. Everything looked good — until check-in.
The main issue was misleading information.
My booking confirmation clearly stated: “Includes taxes and charges”, yet I was charged again for the tourist tax at the hotel. I have a screenshot proving this.
Also, I chose this property because of the private parking available with reservation, but after booking I was told all parking had been full for weeks — meaning it was never actually available. That was not communicated clearly.
