Fantastic for kids and families. Stuff for the kids to do and great pool area. We were in a kids room and even though it said no window we had a balcony just no view but got sunlight. Short walk to beach. A lot of little extras.
Bath didn’t work didn’t fill and no water pressure. Nothing else was bad. All the rest good, to great.

The slides kept my children happy and occupied for many hours a day and they also made lots of new friends. It’s a great hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff that also offers some fantastic trips at discounted prices. Perfect spot for a family to stay within easy walking distance of the main street.
Only that some parts look a little worn, but otherwise nothing was unlikeable.

Staff were excellent, good breakfast, separate pools for families and adults.
Happy hour is only at the family pool. Some days this made the pool bar too crowded with many people smoking around kids. Bar staff were great but were overwhelmed.

The relaxing pool area was nice
The waterslides were good
Deluxe rooms are a good size
The lazy river and waterfalls were not working which was a key reason for us booking this hotel over others.
The beds were hard.
Breakfast was cold.
