Great location, just a few meters away from all major attractions, restaurants, the shore etc. The host was very nice and helpful, and he even got up early to see us off on checkout day.
Staying on the ground floor might get noisy as people are right outside the windows talking, singing etc.

Friendly staff , cool location, wow view, host advised me a lot of useful things,
My room wasn’t cleaned on check in hour , but it was fixed fast
