The man at reception was absolutely lovely, he kindly upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. Could not fault the hotel at all!

I love the Elizabeth sutie was perfect
The decor and layout if room itself was gorgeous
That the bath spa didn't work and couldnt use the coffee table as it was being used for a tea station

Clean linen daily big Tv fridge and microwave secure lock on door big bathroom nice night porter and maintenance man ample parking cheap price for a couple of nights
Not very clean Dusty areas stains on walls doors dirty cup under bed microwave dirty TV channels poor signal FREEE WIFI not really happening!! Room quite hot but has a fan pillows hard staff seemed stressed and not very happy feel the hotel is struggling to keep up good standards
