The location is excellent for walking into Hebden Bridge. All the facilities in the accommodation were at a very high standard. The place was modern and clean. Hayley was on hand as soon as we arrived. and was extremely kind and helpful.

Liked the decent size, the cumfy beds, the facilities., and the balcony BUT: the lift (which was badly needed, as I had a damaged leg) had broken down (again) so we were put on a lower level, with 2 flights of stairs, rather than more. This has been mentioned before in reviews. Also the blinds were all faulty so one couldnt use them at all! Hayley was nice.
Long broken blinds which rendered them useless - was really irritating! No heating despite requests for a little bit in living room only, when it was cold - apart from on the final night! ..Didnt like the sofa being plastic!!!

Rooms modern, clean and had everything we possibly needed

Central location, layout of the flat, with the kids bedroom separated round the other side.
Dirty. Cobwebs and damp spotted. Grill set the fire alarm off because I guess it must be dirty.
It all just needs a little love.
