they prepared my room like I was on a honeymoon or something. Gave me an umbrella. I actually didn't end up staying any night, because I got a room somewhere else as well.

I couldn't find a hair dryer.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants.

Some maintenance issues; very loose toilet seat, possible sink leak, they were having problems with their automated key system, so to get in your room, someone from the front desk had to unlock your door with a master key. Temporary situation, and front desk staff were always ready to help, but apparently an issue that had been going on for a few days. We had the only room that had stairs between the sleeping area and the bathroom (split level) and with all the lights off, this could have been quite dangerous. We left the light on in the bathroom to light up the stairs; a night light or other safety lighting was needed.

Your Front desk staff were absolutely charming..a pleasure to meet
