Convenient. Quiet location. Great nights sleep.
I had to be in work for 7am. There was no option to have breakfast before 7am therefore I had to leave with no breakfast both mornings which was disappointing

Breakfast excellent. Not overly elaborate but perfectly sufficient. Staff very helpful and pleasant from arrival to leaving.
Only negative was that for some reason our roo. On second day did not have hot water for sink or shower. Staff member very apologetic when notified and did offer another room to shower but we didn't really have time and were dressed etc. Perhaps a small refund might have been offered as an alternative. Did not affect our enjoyment of stay. Garden room included in our booking a delightful surprise

Nice bathroom and hot shower. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
I kept expecting breakfast to be excellent as per reviews, but options were very limited to a full irish and two choices of scrambled egg.
The rooms are not very sound proof. Was awoken by drunk guests returning at 2am who were loud and were loud in the hallway, and no staff to tell them to be quiet, and could continue to hear them in the room adjacent.
The floor creaked a lot and the bed was half broken so whenever my partner turned over the bed shook violently.
There is a lack of a receptionist and was very difficult to get someone to assist with check out and had to interrupt the breakfast staff.
The car park is deep gravel and feels the car is about to get stuck.
