Great location adjacent to the beach and shops. Cleaning and repair staff were great and weee working very hard whenever we saw them.
Desk staff were not great to deal with. We had a couple of issues with the room and they tried to blame issues on us and would roll their eyes or act frustrated when asked for assistance. That might be effective for the pre-pubescent teenagers they usually get, but i was there with my family and found it insulting. The mini split started leaking water all over the floor and the front desk tried to say it was because we had left the patio door open too long (funny it required a maintenance person to fix it) then we had a cockroach in the bathroom on the last day and they tried to say it came in through the patio door as well (i believe it came Through the vent). We had also booked a room for 4 thinking it would be two doubles or queens but it was two singles pushed together and 2 couches. When i also asked for some sheets for the couches, that was a big song and dance from the girl at the front desk as well. It was nice to stay beach front but if you’re not there to drink and party consider staying at Lagos or a town nearby…saw lots of similar comments online for this location as well.

Good staff. Brilliant location. A bit noisy a couple of nights but that's part of going on holiday 😀.
I think the cleaning could have been a wee bit better but that's a small thing. Bed linen changed and rubbish cleared every day so that's good enough for me!

Location! I was a bit afraid because of the bad reviews the place had but I didn’t see the reason for it. At least in the two bedroom sea view I didn’t have any problem with insects 🪳 the cleaners would come everyday and change our towels, sweep the floor. Plus you have the sea and all restaurants beside you. (Ps: we had kids (1 and 5yo) and there were a lot of families in there as well)
Everything was fine. Isn’t a new place and by the price paid people shouldn’t expect a 5 star hotel.

The location is perfect. We had a sea view and that is exactly what you get. View is fantastic. We went for the festival and it was the ideal spot.
I have stayed in the Turial many times. I feel it has gone downhill. In the room we stayed in Everything was old. It was not very clean. The sink in the bathroom, dirt in the corners of the room. Even the beds weren’t made correctly. I was surprised as it was not like this on my previous visits.
