Great location close to the centre of Olbia town but still quite, very convenient to arrive by car and has a hotel parking, which in our case was available most of the times.
The breakfast selection was good, the bedroom is very big with space in the balcony as well. Comfortable beds.

Great location, easy to walk to main area of the old town and waterfront. Free parking on site.
Good variety of foods on offer for breakfast.
The coffee machine used for breakfast needs to be cleaned replaced or removed. It made awful coffee, especially with milk, we were not able to drink it, the black coffee also tasted terrible but not as bad. The fridge in our room 409 was very smelly when we opened the door.

The staff :(. They were barely speaking english, didn’t know the bar open time, was processing our requests slowly. We didn’t feel taken care of tbh
Also, the rooms felt rather cheap :(
