The staff here are exceptional. I travel extensively with business and the staff here set the standard, extremely helpful professional and polite. Will be back to better enjoy this hotel, its facilities Avignon and the menu.

Lovely spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff.
Position a little isolated. No elevator to bedroom.

The rooms, common parts (garden especially), pool, staff, general vibe and breakfast.
The pool only opens at 9am, which is a bit late for a pre-breakfast swim.

Potentially a great place to explore Avignon with its own restaurant, swimming pool and good sized rooms but very disappointed how unkept everything was and very poor restaurant service and food. Swimming pool was lovely in early June heatwave but there was obviously no one directed to look after the surrounding terrace as pool umbrellas, chairs and cushions were discarded everywhere.
No obvious sign of any maintenance around the grounds and the previously lovely restaurant was very poor both for service and food. The outside dinning tables were covered in bird droppings. Had to go to reception to ask if they could find someone to serve in the bar
