Das Personal war sehr freundlich und reagierte schnell auf meine Reklamation.
Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer Standard im Haupthaus, 2. Stock zur wenig befahrenen Straße. Bei Ankunft war eine der beiden Spots im Bad defekt, die Leuchtröhre im Zimmer hing herunter und ging nicht und eine dicke Spinne hing über dem Bett. Nach Reklamtion wurde alles sofort bereinigt. (Personal top!) Als ich nach meiner Veranstaltung zurückkam, war leider keine Seife mehr im Spender am Waschbecken, habe dann die kleine verpackte Seife aus dem Körbchen genommen. Die Steckdose am Bett hatte wohl einen Kurzschluss ( innen schwarz), gefährlich. Die Holzmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen ( deutliche Abplatzungen), ebenso der mit einem alten Teppich teilweise überdeckte Teppichboden und das Bad mit runden Mosaiksteinen. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Niveau.
