The room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean.
Staff was very friendly, respectful and patient.
Common areas, like seating areas, welcoming and up to the tasks. Bathroom well ventilated and towels plenty.
24/7 service, like entrance in the night, felt safe and easy.
Children had a very good time. Happy about that, as it was their first stay in a hotel.
The kitchen situation was a bit confusing. I would have liked to be able to prepare my tea for the morning in the room.
The room had tiny bed side tables, and a small desk, no other storage for clothing or luggage. Would have been nice to have a shelf for storage.

It was a good room with bunk beds for kids. Good accommodation for a family with young kids. Very convinient and location was also good.
Only thing we didn't like was no availability of AC or cooling system. It was bit hot at night. Although, staff provided an additional table fan but it was not enough.
