Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war unglaublich toll. Die Lage mit dem Blick auf Cochem, die Mosel und die Reichsburg sensationell. Man ist in ein paar Minuten über die Brücke in Cochem Zentrum. An dem Weinautomaten am Haus kann man sich jederzeit einen leckeren Wein holen 😁

Gutes Frühstück, super Ausblick . Kostfreier Parkplatz, kostenfreie Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Cochem sehr sehenswert.
Keine Plätze in der Außenanlagen für Hotelgäste frei, man hätte reservieren und essen müssen. Überfordertes weibliches Personal daher unfreundlich.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Restaurantleistung. Sowohl das Angebot als auch die Qualität haben uns überzeugt. Der freundliche Empfang bei de Ankunft empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben in der 1. Etage mir Blick auf die Mosel und die Reichsburg gewohnt. Obwohl das Hotel mit ca. 500 m etwas außerhalb des Zentrums lag, lagen wir mit unserer Entscheidung "goldrichtig"
es fällt mir spontan nichts ein und ich will auch nicht etwas konstruieren.

Breakfast was typical German buffet style and the lady that served us coffee was friendly. The view from room onto the river and the old town was nice.
Parking situation was a bit of a let down as I was under the impression that the hotel had private parking for which you do not need to reserve. We arrived at 14h thinking that there will be dedicated parking for guests but this was not the case as there are only 4 spots, all full, and somehow 3 of the spots were filled with cars with Cochem numberplates so not sure if it is meant for staff or guests. We ended up looking for public parking for about 30min until someone finally left a public parking about 1km away from the hotel. 3Euros for the public parking.
