The hotel is perfect for train travels - arriving and leaving by train. It is located close to the train station as well as the center of Pirna, and the ZOB bus station for day trips.
I had a mobile AC unit in the room.
I had a liter bottle of mineral water on the table when I arrived. My single room was spacey.
The curtains on the window were stained.
Some level of noise is expected due to the location. I personally do not mind.
A tiny minibar sized fridge would be useful.
It is in a historic object so there is no elevator.

Really comfortable hotel with really good beds and pillows. the breakfast is amazing good and staff is super friendly as well. nothing is complicated all is well and good

Hotel is in a good location, near the bus station and in walkable distance from the city center. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was very good. I appreciated free parking. Wifi was working well
Room was a bit cold, but after heating it was OK
