Room was super clean, super comfy, spacious, staff was very friendly and let me leave my luggage at the hotel a couple hours before check in. It is a less than 5 min walk to the nearest metro. I stayed when I went to a concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle and it was a 5 minute metro ride, great location.

The hotel location was good, close to tram and train station with restaurants around for a quick bite. The rooms were small but adequate. The staff was mostly cooperative and helpful
The breakfast buffet was rather limited and had the same spread everyday without any variety. Their was also a reluctance among some staff to refill counters that were empty and some of them did not seem pleased that we asked them to refill counters. We were on a holiday so we did not go for breakfast very early and some of the staff pointed out and made it clear that since we were late (We went for breakfast at 8:30-9) counters were empty. This is despite the fact that breakfast timings were 6:30-10:30 am.
The rooms had no amenities whatsoever barring a lone hair dryer. No Electric Kettle for coffee either. Only one pillow per person was supplied and we had to remind housekeeping to change the towels. No glasses were provided in the rooms. Only a solo paper cup was given for whatever purpose. There was a lone open shelf and no cupboard was provided for keeping clothes.
