Äußerst freundliches, gut gelauntes und Service orientiertes Personal mit viel Humor und Spass an der Arbeit! Das ist viel mehr wert als die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung.
Zumal alles perfekt sauber war.
Beste Lage direkt am Wasser - besser geht nicht. Nur 10 Minuten fussläufig in die Innenstadt, nachts kann man mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen - so ruhig ist es.
Das Frühstück war nicht besonders raffiniert, aber von sehr guter Qualität . Besonders hervorzuheben: Sehr guter Kaffee, der einem direkt an den Platz gebracht wird. Toll! Und noch besonders: frische Bäckerbrötchen (keine Aufbackware!!)
Ich komme gerne wieder: was nicht einfach ist: das Hotel ist sehr oft ausgebucht!

The location is great! They have a free parking lot right near the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, also they upgraded us to a better room with no extra charges. It was very quiet which is important for me. Breakfast is good, coffee is great! There weren't any vegetables though.
I would give this place a solid 9/10, but I won't, and here is why. I came to the hotel with a friend. I was the one who booked the room therefore I started to talk about checking us in with the receptionist. I was speaking English and he answered in English too with no struggle. But a few minutes later he figured out that my friend speaks German and switched to her. He just forgot about my existence and continued to explain everything in German. I told him that I don't speak German but he ignored me and continued to talk only to my friend so she had to translate all the information to me. I felt completely invisible. This was so rude and unfriendly! Therefore I can't recommend this hotel to English speaking people(
