Location near the places I needed to visit on my trip.
Friendly staff.
Cleanliness of the hotel.
I was initially given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. So I requested another room, and the issue was resolved efficiently.
If the rooms do not have heating, they should include a warm blanket in the rooms.
A free breakfast could be included. Or at least some fresh coffee and water.

It was in a good location for my trip purpose.
First, I asked in the front desk for a cab which was $310.00MN, but the taxi driver charged $450.00MN and he just said I should check with the hotel, I did it, but in the hotel did nothing, they just didn´t care.
Second, the cleaning personal came into the room without knocking, I was taking a shower and she came in to the bathroom too, I told that in front desk, but it seems they did not care because the next day again the person came in the room without knocking the door.
