The front desk was very helpful.
The restaurant food was excellent. The staff was very helpful on ordering. I did not speak Spanish but they were very helpful what I was going to order. I did not try the buffet but looked delicious.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The location is just convenient.
The concierge was very helpful and always welcoming, and the night security gentleman was extremely kind and spoke excellent English. The breakfast staff also provided friendly and efficient service.
The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest.
The hotel does not really meet the standards of a 4-star property. The amenities are quite limited and the lack of maintenance is noticeable (for example, cables hanging from the walls, only one towel per person and in poor condition, and a shower that was functional but partly broken, with toiletries dispensers not working properly).
There was also a lot of noise both inside and outside the hotel. You can clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and the surrounding area can also be noisy.
The reception staff did not seem willing to assist with small requests if you do not speak Spanish. For example, I asked if there was an adapter available to charge my phone or if I could briefly charge it via USB at the reception while my friend went to buy one. The initial answer was simply “no.” After I asked to speak with a supervisor, the receptionist used her phone to translate that she could actually charge my phone at the reception, which I found a bit frustrating.
During check-in, we were informed that the pool could be used within specific hours. However, the following day there was a notice in the elevator stating that the pool was under maintenance, and it remained closed for all four days of our stay.
Overall, I would probably not stay here again or recommend the hotel. There are certainly other accommodations around Reforma that offer better value for money. It would be great if the management paid more attention to these details in the future.
