We loved this hotel as it was right in the middle of Santa Margherita Ligure.it is in a slight hill . Our room had a fantastic sea view which we loved. Pool was never busy so ideal for beds.
We only had one slight problem . The rooms are not sound proof. Could hear people talking in next room.one night in particular we had to ask to keep the noise down

Great location, cleaners were very thorough.
Pool slide is permanently closed due to disrepair, so kids were disappointed.

The property was in a good location, easy access to the port, ferry and restaurants. Unfortunately the pool is awful looking with green water. No one was swimming and when spoken to the hotel they said it was because of rain and algae even though the review from earlier in the month said the same thing. Drains were blocked and even after being asked to check them, no one came. Otherwise relatively clean and comfortable.
The pool. It should be cleaned properly, had green slime on the sides and bottom.
