Good pool area and just enough out of the busy part of the peninsula. Breakfast was good.
Very dated property and room. The WiFi is not good, did not reach our room and was intermittent anyway. There was a TV in the room but no WiFi and no signal.

The location is excellent. The hotel is situated right at the edge of the old town and next to the beautiful green area with villas, beaches, and swimming spots on the lake, so both are just a short walk away. The thermal spa is also right next door, which is very convenient.
Although the rooms are dated, they are exceptionally clean and are cleaned every day. As long as you don't expect modern interiors, the rooms are perfectly comfortable.
The hotel pool and restaurants are very good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had read reviews saying the staff were unfriendly, but that was not our experience at all.
The only downside is that there are no grocery stores nearby. The old town has plenty of restaurants and cafés, but there is no grocery shop. As a result, you have to buy water from cafés or gelaterias, which is much more expensive.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.. The location and closeness to the ferry terminal were wonderful. We enjoyed many hours walking around sirmione and its attractions and after we cooled off in the swimming pool. we would certainly use this hotel again because we enjoy being around Lake Garda.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The food was lovely and the location was stunning. Having the pool was very welcomed.
It felt dated and needed a renovation, the room was very bleak and had weird smell. The furniture was damaged and the bed very uncomfortable
