Great location and incredible view overlooking the river.
We specifically booked a room with a balcony. Our confirmation showed a room with a balcony. We we arrived we were told we only had a room with a view. Very disappointing. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, the breakfast staff was very sweet. Also if you have mobility issues make sure you book a room with the lift. The stairs to room 133 and 134 are really difficult even with light luggage and we don’t avoid stairs normally! The 10” risers and broken handrail were hard to navigate.

Late check in arrangements were easy and well communicated - key card in secret plant pot!
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Cleaning staff were very efficient and nice people
Breakfast was beautifully informal but everything we needed
Car parking just across the small road only cost 0.50 euros an hour, free from 1.00pm - 5.00
The location on the river was great for everywhere in Bosa and of ease of driving to all over the island
Lovely view from our little balcony to the bridge/river
The air conditioning in our room didn't work very well

Room was very large.
Room had beautiful view.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff very friendly.
Wasn't clear our room wasn't in hotel that was listed in booking location.
Room facilities not up to the space of room. Shower good pressure but not very nice. Bath dispenser falling off wall and not working. Towels not very nice.
