The location is superb. The bus stop to go to Capri city center is just a few steps away. It is also near places of interest in Anacapri. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the port is a big plus!

Beautiful, clean, family run hotel, with a resort feel. Clean, refreshing swimming pool. Great, hot buffet breakfast. On site snack bar serving fresh made lunch, snacks, drinks. Short walk to many shops and restaurants in Anacapri. Easy access to bus/taxi to Capri, Marinas, Beaches. Owners/staff always available to help make your stay pleasurable.

We loved Fabrizio who provided courteous and professional service and to my heart he was very attentive and always there to help. We will definitely return to the Carmencita Hotel

Location was great, near to Anacapri center. Breakfast was enough. The receptionist was very helpful.
Room and the whole hotel was out-fashioned. There was lack of voice resistance in the hotel, so you can hear noices from other rooms. Lights in the room makes you feel like in an hospital room. Would be better if they change them with sun-light color.
