although specified on booking I struggle to understand a bed and breakfast without breakfast. also, the complex was quite old and the this was particularly evident in the bathroom facilities

Easygoing place, small but comfortable room. Quiet but central, good airco. Just used it for a single night. Great recommendation for a seafood restaurant. So excellent.

The owner, Enrico, was always helpful and smiling. He made us feel very comfortable there. The location was very near the water, restaurants, etc, The shoreline in Marina di Pisa is beautiful, yet rocky. I had read there were places with sandy shores nearby. He gave us a map and suggested where to go. We took the bus a few miles down where the shore is sandy, rented an umbrella and two chairs for $10 and stayed all day. We really enjoyed Marina di Pisa and would recommend it to anyone wanting a change from the big, busy cities, such as Rome and Florence.

Comfortable bathroom

Air conditioning did not work

Without breakfast but not very turist place, exactly what you want when you go near sea. Place looks like in Pixar movie (good) and you can see local Italians in the morning. Also close to the sea with white pebbles and very good restaurants, although it is not Rimini or other horribly overcrowded places - rather alone cosy place.

Could be breakfast but you can go around corners and have also coffee with croissant.

The room was clean and comfy and location ok got town centre, shops and bars. The nearest beach is only stones, no sand. For sandy beach you need to drive a few minutes toward Tirrenia. The staff, when found, was nice.

There was no breakfast included, which we knew, but not even a kettle with tea and coffee or some bottled water. For the price we paid I think coffee could have been available.
