The location was very good, very close to the Plaza Mayor and all the tourist attractions. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful. The double room that I was already assigned was on the the top floor with no regular windows but only slanting attic windows on the roof. But when I requested, they very kindly changed my room to a double room with regular windows. Also, I arrived more than an hour early and they were happy to let me check-in to my room.
Although this has nothing to do with the hotel, the hotel is over 1 km away from the bus or train station. When I arrived at the bus station, I waited for half an hour for a taxi; but there was none. So, I had to walk all the way to the hotel with my luggage.
I would recommend to enquire about some taxi companies from the hotel before you arrive.
