When calling for staff it takes a bit of time. But other than that it was exceptional.

The restaurants were great & staff at the restaurants (esp breakfast and lunch by the pool were so lovely).
Room was beautifully designed however bed was extremely uncomfortable (bad mattress) & housekeeping was mediocre. Corridors between rooms were also messy. Also, we didn’t have a pleasant experience with the concierge when we needed help.
