A warm welcome from the staff members. Clean room with all advertised facilities. Secure car parking was a very important consideration when booking this hotel. We will be back in 4 weeks time for another stay.

Perfect location for us - right by the train station and bus station - made it very easy arriving and getting bus to La Linea for Gibraltar.
Lovely spacious room with dividing doors for our sons.
Would have been nice to have a kettle

Good breakfast, safe paid parking, convenient location close to city centre.

It is close to the railway and bus stations.
The room was clean.
The food in restaurants was good.
The restaurant staff were courtesy and friendly. A special mention for Valerie, Manuel and Juana.
There was a bar fridge but there was nothing in it.
No kettle.
No complementary water, tea or coffee.
