The potential of the location or how most likely looked years ago
First of all we paid for an apartment, but we were given a standard room, the lady from the reception first tried to convince me that we were upgraded to a Junior Suite. Showing her the photos from the website with what a Junior Suite should look like, she said that's a new design and will give us the room we paid for on Monday (we were there on Friday). That never happened.
The place itself looked good years ago, now it's all falling apart. Mold in the room, mold in the bathroom.
The personnel makes you feel like they are doing you a favor for being there.
The pool floor is not smooth anymore and you can step on little rocks.
Other couples were complaining about the high prices.
Maybe it could be a good fit at 70-80 euro/night, definitely not for 210 euro/night (what we paid) for an apartment but got something else.
Trees and plants in general looked unattained.

The whole resort is really nice. The apartment terrace is really charming. The stuff was amazing. Your room is cleaned every day, and you will get new towels every second day. If you have a chance book the wine tasting, it is in their garden on sunset, it will be a core memory of your stay.
The AC unit it is not cleaned in years, sounds like dust is stuck in it and doesn't cooling properly. Also, the salty version of breakfast is very basic and the same everyday, they should include some sandwiches or toast in the breakfast buffet. And the last thing, it would be nice if there was a normal fridge in the room, not the mini bar(since takes some time to cool your drinks)

I liked the stone theme houses and the decor and the gardens ..
Our stay wasn’t that pleasant to be honest .. too many mosquitos and too many families with children..
