Everything, really. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Nafplion's old town, which is exactly where you want to be. The rooms were spotless with daily cleaning service, and a charming little balcony perfect for morning coffee with a view over the pedestrian street.
But what truly made the difference was Panagiotis. He's genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and full of excellent recommendations—everything from the best places to eat in the old town to hidden-gem tavernas in nearby villages. The kind of host who actually cares about your experience.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Despite being in the centre, it was very quiet at night. A very helpful and responsive landlord.
A very good shower.
There were just minor things eg the fridge ice box needs defrosting, the soft close toilet lid doesn’t close properly, there’s no space for a bedside table. But these are minor things and it had everything I needed.
