Maintenence of some parts of the hotel

The location, the staff and the breakfast. The activities for kids and adults.

View, faciliteis, location, pool, life guards on duty, pool area.

Reception staff. The person on checkout didn’t trust me when I told her I had just one bottle of water in the room and didn’t want to start the charging process until housekeeping sent there to actually check the mini bar. However, she asked me if we had something (food or beverages) in the pool area because they were running on manual system to charge the rooms. Well she asked only about the spending on the checkout day but didn’t ask about the day prior to that which also spent on orders. She didn’t trust us on a water bottle but relied on us for everything else. I almost asked her if she was really going to trust us for the pool stuff that we had because two minutes before, I wasn’t that trustful. Not pleasant at all, that’s for sure. A water bottle cost 8,00 real and everything else that we told her cost 186,00 real. Common sense and respect would be nice too!

It is a decent hotel but definitely not a 5 star.

The only restaurant available until 3:00pm is a buffet. The concierge gave wrong informations. The reception took too long for the check in and was never interested to help. Breakfast is poor in variety. Not enough chairs in the pool area. Food in the bar takes 40 minutes to arrive, even a simple lemonade!
