The farm, the animals, the first two days were great. Dinner was good! We liked how they made a list of questions that you could get the answers to in various areas of the farm. We also liked that we could help milk the cows and they make their own jams and cheese.
No lights alongside the path to your room. Trees are maintained for people of 1.60 tall, so it feels like you have to bend over all the time.
It's a farm, sure, but there were a lot of flies/bees that eventually sat on our food.

Beautiful farm and garden, very well maintained. Very professional and kind staff and welcoming hosts. Beautiful and large rooms decorated beautifully. Common areas were also beautiful and unique. A lot of books available! The food was wonderful. The pool is really unique. It was such a pleasure to walk around in the garden and look at all the animals who seem to be taken very good care of. The children absolutely loved this place. It was easy to reach by car. A real oasis.

Beautiful spot - just would not recommend in the winter
Clearly, staff not used to rain. Zero instructions on 'not following Google maps' to the property. How we got through the massive flooding is a mystery. No-one to greet us, a broken umbrella when asking for one, no fires going. Just all rather miserable. And the pre-trip email response to requests about activities did not happen. When we finally asked about a recommendation when on site, a rather expensive option was offered.
