Absolutely gorgeous and charming retreat stay with the most incredible chef Fayrouz!!! The host even took me to the souk / market - gracious and so hospitable!

The property is magical, beautiful gardens with an amazing range of plants.
The swimming pool has beautiful views over the valley and the property must surely have one of the best positions in the area.
We had dinner at the property on two nights, both meals were delicious and prepared with love and attention to detail , with a range of seasonal produce and presented with care.
There was really nothing not to like!
We visited at an incredibly hot time of year (July), and the rooms which had AC and ceiling fans were cool and a welcome respite from the heat.

This place is a hidden gem. It has a rustic charm, was built with love, and was so peaceful. The food was prepared with so much care and love. I loved waking up to the chorus of birds. I loved how helpful staff were. Forget the big hotel chains, this place represents why I travel: local charm, local integration, local talented chef, and quiet tourism.

The swimming pool with a beautiful view alone is worth staying here — such a peaceful place with a gorgeous garden. We went horse riding and paragliding and really enjoyed the scenery of the surroundings.
Be aware of unproportionally high prices for the lunch. We were shocked to find that we had to pay 40 euro per person while we had paid 47,50 for the stay + breakfast + dinner. The food was ok and definitely prepared with love, but not worth it for that price.
Rooms (and especially the shower) are a bit outdated but fine.
