We were so grateful that the Stanhill Court Hotel was able ro offer us a room in the middle of the night when our late night flight was delayed until the following day. The room was clean and comfortable offering us everything we needed and the staff friendly and professional. Excellent value for money.

Stayed here a couple of times before. Rooms are 100% fine, comfortable and clean. Lovely building, and nice grounds. Food was fine.

Refurbishments to the bar area make it look a little 'garden shed' rather than chic and the the lighting was too stark. In fact the lighting throughour was so bright that the temporary dining room (due to a function) had the feel of a school canteen, especially as tables were not even dressed with linen. Staffing is not quite as attentive as needed; probably too few staff for the number of guests.
