Small, comfortable, apartment on the top floor, which was fine for 2 persons. Fabulous pool and spa to relax in after a hot day on the hill, rock climbing, klettersteiging, mountain walking and cycling, which in off-season September was incredibly quiet. Patrick was very approachable and helpful during our week long stay. Huben is a fabulous base for everything outdoors and hands down, way better (and marginally cheaper), than up the road busy, noisy and air- polluted Solden. We used the Otztal cycleway and reliable bus service to access all parts of the valley. A handy, small supermarket and takeaway pizza/kebab shop and pub, just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Good, visible parking. Washing machine free to use in the basement.
Whilst we were able to ask Patrick, who was the resident emergency contact/caretaker, about a couple of issues, I had absolutely no response from the company after attempting to contact them via email and messaging, which was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a significant waste pipe leak under the kitchen sink and a bad smell, which was not dealt with appropriately, as this was a hygiene issue. Fine if you are there for one night, but not a whole week!

Posto strategico. Abbiamo visitato tanti bellissimi posti in una settimana. Dopo tante ore di cammino o in bici ci rilassavamo in piscina e facevamo la sauna.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, buona piscina e solarium
L ascensore di accesso ai piani si bloccava a metà tra il secondo ed il terzo senza aprirsi ovviamente si era costretti a schiacciare il secondo piano scendere di nuovo e così si apriva …. Io ho così dovuto usare sempre le scale
