Stayed for one night on the way travelling through Slovenia - perfect for what we needed. Easy to access from the road, pleasant staff, clean room and good bathroom. Comfortable bed, and a good restaurant just a few minutes down the road. Breakfast was lovely. Completely fine for what we needed.
The air con system wasn't the most modern, but it worked fine. The carpet was a bit stained in places but everything was clean and it didn't bother us.

The location, surroundings, the views are nice, free parking, beautifully designed open water swimming pool, delicious reasonably priced restaurant for the dinner, breakfast from &am is tasty and rich, we especially liked bakery pieces, beds are comfortable, bed linings are nice, the smell is neutral, no odor or strong chemistry and detergents smell, it was quite clean except the balcony.
The balcony was dusty, the room was quite small, the staff on the reception could be more welcoming, it'd be nice to have breakfast outside, not in the basement, the room amenities were quite basic, no separate shampoo and conditioning, just general liquid for body and hair, no slippers, nor bath robe, it'd b convenient to have bathrobe though to visit the swimming pool.

Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was complete with many options. And since we traveled during Easter, we had even traditional dishes available .
Nothing to dislike. The whole experience was very positive.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely - welcoming, helpful, good English, always smiling.
There were great views but spoilt somewhat by the busy main road it’s positioned on. Great large balcony but noisy if you’re on the road side of the hotel. Patio doors into the room did drown out most the sound once inside.
Hotel was clean.
Liked bathroom basket of ‘extras’.
Liked idea of chocolate treats given if you didn’t get room cleaned.
It felt like we’d stepped back into 1980’s, all quite dated.
Beds were very small, especially the 3rd bed for our teenage son whose feet hung over the bottom.
The outdoor ‘pool’ looked idyllic but we didn’t get to use it as only about 6 chairs there.
The breakfast wasn’t enjoyable for us (everyone different). The hot option was sliced chorizo with courgettes in lots of oil. Coffee was out of a sachet. No toaster. Was cold meats and bread buns if you like that, with 2 types of cereal. This was served in the basement with what sounded like elevator music playing in background.
A further note, restaurants in Bovec were limited and we didn’t find a single good one. Not all open 7 nights a week, limited seating (rained 2 nights, in August, which limited seating even more), we really struggled getting in anywhere so would recommend booking in advance, or eating in hotel (also needed booking in advance) but menu didn’t appeal to us.
