We like the location (next to a big shopping center, easy to go to the city center by bus) and the service by staff. The receptionists were super friendly and ready to help.
Bad odors in the bathroom and toilet. I needed to clean the black smelly ventilation hole of the bathroom on the first day before using it. The toilet was full of urine smell, which was cleaned by the hotel the next day.
The picture is the ventilation hole after cleaning. I could not smell it at all, then had to clean it immediately.
