Clean, mostly comfortable rooms. Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Bus service was just across the street.
With the heatwave, air conditioning would have helped with the comfort level; this hotel does not have ac. This hotel does not have a washer and dryer for guest use and the nearest laundromat was quite a distance away.

The staff were nice and helpful. We were going to the Ravenna Christmas market, so the location was perfect.
There was no dinner service and no restaurants nearby. The room was clearly stuck in the 70s and not been updated. I couldn’t decide if this was a negative or charming.

The check in process was nice and quick and the staff were very pleasant.
I wasn't able to sleep well due to other guests going in and out of the rooms, slamming doors around 3-4am. Around 6am someone was locked out of another room and consistently knocked on the door for at least 30 mins.
The bed I had was soft and lumpy and the room was quite hot. I had to close my window due to noise and smoke from other guests.
