Beautiful location, and beautiful views from the castle.
The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious.
The service was not great at reception: we had two questions. One: to see the restaurant menu, we were told it was in the room. It was not. Two: to book a massage in the spa. Here we were pingponged between the spa and reception twice before hearing they anyway did not have free spots.
Breakfast was good, but cost 14,50 extra per person, which was not mentioned at all during check-in.
The room was dark - only one small, high window.
The mattress was not great.
We ended up paying 190 euros for 1 night (2 persons), which was simply overpriced, considering all those items above.
The hotel *could* charge such prices, but then the service and bed need to live up to it.
