Beautiful setting, friendly, helpful staff, room was adequate for what was needed, use of shuttle bus as it’s a fair way out of the town,
Overpriced and no other options for meals but you are in a very expensive part of the world.

Breakfast choice is fantastic!
It'l lovely being up the mountain a bit and being surrounded by the snow.
The spa is really nice for relaxing!
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Restaurant excellent as well.

The location
Staff (one person especially) was very rude- he insisted that we had taken 3 mugs - apparently mugs go missing from the hotel. We took our tea outside in one small and one big mug. His behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable.
